Agency: NEIGHBORHOOD HOUSING SERVICES OF SOUTH FLORIDA (NHSSF)

Required:

• Associate or Bachelor Degree in Social Work, Finance, Education, Sociology (min: 4 years of experience managing caseloads)
  
• NCHEC Certification (Four areas of expertise: HO229, HO250, HO345 and HO247)
  
• HUD Certification (required by August 2020)
  
• Familiar with a CMS (C-Max, Salesforce, etc.)
  
• Bilingual Spanish preferred; or Trilingual (Creole, Spanish, English)
  
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office mandatory
  
• Must have car. Must be willing to work in both Miami Dade and Broward.
  
• Offices and to other offsite locations
  
• Needs to be able to work some Saturdays
  
• Needs to be available to travel for additional homeownership training

• The candidate cannot be a Realtor, a Broker, or a Lender (due to conflict of interest).
  

Job Type: Full-time

Compensation: 

• Salary: $33,000 to $40,000 (after 6 months of probation) plus benefits and paid vacation.
• (paid by NHSSF)
